Plastic key tags, complete with paper insert protected by a clear plastic cover and this version has a S-Hook which you bend to one side to open and back again to close it. This has to be undone to remove the paper insert.

Measures 50mm (2.1")by 20mm (3/4") plus plastic ring. Window measures 31mm (1.25") by 14mm (1/2"). Available in a range of colours.
